This is a recipe that Vaidya Mishra and I created because we felt we getting enough protein in the morning. It's very tasty!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of paneer
- 1 tiny stick of cinnamon
- 2 cloves crushed
- 2 green crushed cardamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 1 cup of 50/50 water and whole organic milk
- 1 handful of raisins.
Instructions:
Toasted all of the spices and raisins with ghee, then add paneer and toast it also. Then add 1/2 cup of whole organic milk and 1/2 cup of water. Boil for 10 minutes
