Another recipe that Vaidya Mishra and I developed to aid detoxification. Have this soup at lunch. Do not have at night because we don't want to detox during sleep do to slower circulation.
Ingredients:
Detox Soup:
- 1/4 cup of tapioca pearls
- 1/4 cup of white daycon radish
- 1 cup of zuchinni or yellow squash or Lauki
- 1 tablespoon of whole organic coriander
- 1/2 tsp of your own spice mix
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro leaf
- 1/8 tsp of Kalonji seed
- 1 quart of good water.
- Cooling Soma salt to taste.
Cook all of these things together overcooked to a soup. After removing from heat, squeeze lime into soup.
