Date Nut Roll

A wonderful snack that provides healthy fat, protein and carbohydrate.

Ingredients:

  • Pitted dates..........................................2 cups
  • Grated fresh coconut...........................1 cup
  • Walnuts or cashews.............................1 cup
  • Cardamom...........................................3 pods
  • Clove...................................................2 count
  • Cinnamon sticks..................................3 small pieces
  • Nutmeg nut.........................................1 small piece, 1/4 of a whole



Instructions

Dry roast last 3 items and grind it to powder. Add everything in to a food processor and blend/mix until it makes a soft dough. Use a spoon to scoop it out and make little balls. They will keep in fridge for up to a week.
